Hornet Nest Removal in Los Angeles & Orange County

Yes, Beecasso removes hornets too. We take down hornet nests from trees, rooflines, structures, and hard-to-reach spots using eco-friendly, low-impact methods. Hornets are removed, not relocated.

Common Situations

High Nest in a Tree or Roofline

Hornet nests are often well above ground. Reaching them safely is the main reason to call a pro instead of trying it from a ladder.

Nest Tucked in a Structure

Sheds, eaves, and wall gaps give hornets a sheltered spot. We locate the nest and remove it without leaving material that draws them back.

Aggressive Activity Near a Door or Walkway

A nest near a path people use is worth removing promptly. Keep people and pets back and call us.

What This Service Covers

Hornets are larger and more defensive than most wasps, and their nests are often high or tucked into difficult locations. Because hornets are not pollinators we relocate, the job is safe removal of the nest, not relocation.

Our Process

We confirm the species, locate the nest, remove it safely, and clear the site, using eco-friendly, low-impact methods.

What Is Included

Inspection, safe nest removal, and cleanup. Nest size, height, and accessibility affect the price.

Pricing

Hornet nest removal starts at $195 and varies with nest size, height, and access. Send a photo for a free estimate. See full pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are hornets more dangerous than wasps?

They tend to be more defensive and their nests are often higher and harder to reach, which is why a professional removal is the safer call.

What is your approach?

We use eco-friendly, low-impact methods and remove the nest physically wherever possible.

Do you relocate hornets like you do bees?

No. Live relocation is for honey bees. Hornets are removed and the site is cleared.

We live in an apartment complex where beecasso was kindly called to be of service by our apartment management team, to address a cluster of bees that were trying to make their home on our patio. Not only did Beecasso team member, Caleb, come out next day, he was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind during his service. Jerry, another Beecasso team member, also came out the following day and followed the same professional, empathetic, and efficient service that we received the day prior. After the treatment, we had a question about the lingering bees and called the service line that was provided to us on a handout given by Caleb on the first day, explaining more about the process. Steve, the manager / owner, answered and was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and committed to helping the issue resolve. All I can say is that with every interaction, Beecasso was exactly the type of service team that I would hope to address our concerns. They were also extremely sensitive to the alarm presented since we have a bee allergy in our home, and also a tenant next door also has a bee allergy as well and we just wanted the bees gone. So, it was really important to us that no straggler bees entered our house as each service person came and went through our home to the patio. Each member of the team were so cautious and attuned to help keep the inside “bee-free.” Although this is not our property, we are beyond thankful that our management found / contracted this business because they truly were everything we could have hoped during this unsettling process.
